It was my first time at Saks Aberdeen and Amy was recommended by a friend. She made me feel so welcomed from the start. I had a specific haircut that I wanted and showed Amy some photos of it. She recreated the exact look and somehow made it look better and suitable for me! Her expertise shines through as she recommended a certain length for face framing which suited my face. Amy was incredibly professional, efficient and fast! I was so impressed! We had a lovely chat and her passion for her job was very evident. Would 100 percent recommend the lovely, professional Amy to everyone :) The whole experience was very relaxing and everyone was lovely. Special thanks to Georgia for a therapeutic hair wash :)
I have loved my haircuts with Anisa. She has also given my one year old lovely fringe cuts. Her attention to both of us has been great, she has been very patient and kind with the little one. We appreciate the service very much.
Relaxing and great service because he's friendly to talk and help answer questions, knows what he's doing, not pushy on saling products but let his styling result show how convincing it is to buy the products there. Worth the money to experience his expertise that shows on my hair and boosts my confidence. I wanna have it cut, but keep it long with some styling. I got what I wanted realistically. Love it. I had a blow dry recently and Amanda, who did it, was absolutely lovely, really friendly and professional. I was happy with the result and she made the experience enjoyable. That said, I was kept waiting a little while past my appointment time, and at £45, I did feel it was on the pricey side for a blow dry. Overall though, Amanda was great and I’d consider coming back because of her.

Went here for the first time yesterday to get a Balayage and a cut. A lovely lady Anisa did my hair and I absolutely love the outcome. She achieved such a beautiful balayage. I will definitely come back. The front lady was so kind for rescheduling my patch test/consultation appointment that I couldnt make on the actual day of the appointment. I used Saks Unions Square for my wedding hair and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Pamela planned everything meticulously and kept in contact throughout. On the day the team were fantastic. It was my first time having my hair done here and it was wonderful. Becca coloured and cut my hair and I was so pleased with the results. She really listened to what I was after and explained her approach throughout. She was friendly, professional, and truly talented at what she does- highly recommend!
