I called on behalf of an individual that I support, to enquire whether the salon is transgender inclusive. After a long silence on the receiving end the call was ended. Not a great impression.

I enjoyed coming there but the new mature blonde lady, despite being all too polite, extends very much your turn to use the tanning bed. On more than one occasion I have waited 10 minutes in the queue alone because she is busily chatting to the people in front of me, this would be understandable to me in some idea of consumer friendliness but on common sense if there is a queue she should simply serve the customers so as not to prolong the waiting time. I have also encountered during her working hours that a chair is taken from a cubicle for someone visiting her at work and sat next to her, although it should be used to put away clothes and personal belongings when you are sunbathing. What am I supposed to do with my stuff, hold it in my hands while sunbathing? The above situations have been repeated more than once so I am leaving it here.

Best sunbed shop without a doubt. Sunbeds are better quality than most other chains. The salon itself is always spotless clean and you can clearly see they take pride in making sure hygiene levels are high. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The beds are brilliant and tan you allot quicker than other beds i used to use before went here 10/10
Lovely salon with friendly, knowledgeable staff who after a consult recommended the hybrid beds and I wasn't disappointed. These beds are very modern and very high spec with settings to adjust audio, fans, facial tanner and the hybrid led lights. The salon's very clean and the booth was spotless. They've got an extensive range of lotions/creams/shots and I love how they've got them displayed with little summaries of their uses/benefits. The sessions are relaxing and rejuvenating for me. There's a lot of bad press around sunbeds that's more relevant to the old sunbeds people would cook themselves on in the 90s (I didn't use them, but remember them well). Modern beds are nuch safer. Vitamin D benefits everything from depression and mental health to immunity and health in general. However like anything there's still some risks which is why they should only be used if you have a suitable skin type (I'm half Italian), and as advised by the trained staff.
Went for the first time today, also my first ever sunbed experience. The woman at the till area was so helpful and showed me how to use it all, really friendly. Honestly great overall experience, ill deffo be back!
Absolutely love these sunbeds. The salon is always immaculate and smells so clean. The staff are so friendly and welcoming & ready to answer any queries you may have. Prices are reasonable also. Love mixing between all 3 salons.
