   My experience with the Immigration Advice Service was deeply disappointing. After an initial consultation, I provided a detailed list of follow-up questions that were essential for our corporate governance process and immigration planning. Despite clearly stating that we were willing to pay for written advisory work, my emails went unanswered for more than two weeks. No fee quote, no guidance, and no acknowledgement of the substance of the questions were provided. A response only arrived after escalating the issue to a supervisor, and even then it did not address any of the queries raised. The written “advice letter” we received was mostly generic guidance, poorly written, and not tailored to our situation. This level of service falls far below what is expected for matters as serious and time-sensitive as UK immigration strategy. As a result, we have decided to seek representation elsewhere. I cannot recommend IAS based on this experience.

   Had the most dreadful experience with those pseudo professionals. Appointment scheduled for 11:30am, Tunde-Olowu show up 12:05. 35 minutes late "I'm sorry" not enough. Consultation lasted 10 minutes as she had another meeting/phone. You rip me off on 200£. For this 35 minutes delay I should get money back and free consultation. Completely disrespectful being late 35 minutes. I should get an apology and a refund. AVOID at all costs!!! Update. 16 months after visit with this "lawyer " that told be I won't be eligible for British citizenship. Now I have British citizenship, lawyers are not knowledge. Do do avoid as they only want your money.

   Excellent service IAS service provided to me was excellent. Dina was very professional and gave me perfect advice. Not forgetting Bradley who made sure that my appointment was booked and rechecked whether my queries were answered. I am really pleased with their services and would highly recommend.

   I am extremely happy and satisfied with IAS work and would recommend to others. Infact, when I went to Biometrics for my son’s Registration Certificate, the officer said your application is extremely professionally done and that raises my confidence even further during the process. Agnes was my legal counsellor from IAS was very friendly and supportive and even penny spent is worth it. She understood the matter within early part of the appointment and took multiple advice before starting the process. She continued to stay in touch over email and WhatsApp and felt the additional support throughout. Many thanks once again!!
