Do not use sainsbury petrol station it is over priced and now they are just getting greedy petrol never went up in the budget they are just ripping off the public go to fair Oak much cheaper
I would like to bring to the Attention of the MANAGEMENT TEAM of this Petrol Station @,Hedge End My Colleagues and I have noticed that the fuel Pumps are sometimes out of Order on close INSPECTION THEY are badly Wore My Colleagues and I feel they are in need of a Change thanks for your time Regular customers of this LOCATION
When you look at the Fuel pumps@ Hedge End Sainsburys are outdated and need to be updated because they are well past their age of outdated Ness come on Sainsburys spend some MONEY ON IT BEFORE IT CAUSES PROBLEMS with the EQUIPMENT
(Review for the petrol station). Majority of the staff are really friendly and have a laugh (Ralph is awesome!). I just don't like the fact that they won't pack for you and would rather watch you struggle instead of helping. Tesco express down the road pack for you. Much better at customer service.
For a 'Petrol Station', they very rarely have any petrol. 95 / 97 / Diesel; you name it, they've not got it. Sometimes there's a cone in front of the pump or a cover over the nozzle to warn you not to bother. Other times you queue, get to the pump, get out, try and fill up and THEN see, in tiny writing on the screen, that the pump is out of action. Don't waste your time, find somewhere else.
Went in yesterday early morning as tyre was showing low air pressure and I plugged it in without checking it just for it to completely deflate the tyre so I went in and asked for help and the two lady’s was super helpful and friendly then one of them (didn’t catch a name) checked it and realised the cable was split so she got me the full refund as I tried paying a few times and got an electric pump from her car and pumped up our tyre back up and still even offered to pump up the other 3 in the freezing cold at 7am. Thank you again
This petrol station never has enough super unleaded. Pumps always empty. I now get off at the next junction down (Bursledon) the pumps at Tesco have never been without. Which inturn means I might as well get my groceries there too.
Handy for fuel before hitting the motorway. Decent shop for snacks etc. Lately (last few months)seem to have lots of pumps with no fuel.
