   Went to get my blonde hair highlighted with a money piece. Have been back 3 times. My blonde hair is now ginger with no money piece Showed Hannah the colours that my other hairdresser sent also showed photos. £134 out of pocket. I have to pay my previous hairdresser £160 next week and she has told me it will take a few appointments to get all the warmth out. Shocking !

Justin put me at ease straight away, spoke me through everything he was doing and why and made me feel like the only client in the room.    I had a restyle by Gillian and what an awesome work that she did !! I left the salon happy tho I was a little bit anxious cuz it’s been a long time since my last haircut. Everything there was perfect starting from the receptionist till the stylist. It’s worth mentioning that it’s the best salon for a muslim woman as they have a room at the back and they did make sure that everything is ok and i am feeling comfortable.All I can say that i enjoyed being there and It wouldn’t be my last visit for sure!

   I have been to lots of hair salons over the years, some okay, some not good, and some great - Phillip at Ishoka is on a completely different level, his knowledge and experience are to such a high standard, and the dye, cut, and style are fantastic. I had a lovely drink and biscuits, and the staff were friendly, helpful and organised. Absolutely recommend.

   What a lovely salon .. from walking in I was met with friendly, lovely, professional yet a homely environment and members of Ishoka and meeting Justin was like a dream come true … what a professional, caring, lovely person, as nervous as I was, I felt completely relaxed under his care and he guided me through every step of what he was doing. I felt pampered, and walked out feeling like a Queen. I am absolutely delighted with my colour and cut. Thank you Justin and thank you Ishoka, I have already booked myself in for my next appointment ❤️

   My daughter treated me to a haircut & blow dry for my birthday. Was well chuffed with the result !! Staff courteous & attentive. Lovely surroundings in reception & hallway. Did find it difficult to find tho due to lack of signage -- know this is a listed building so limits on what can be displayed, but something more visible but tasteful would be helpful. Really bad potholes in street outside very dangerous particularly with the current poor street lighting. But i would brave it again to go to such an excellent salon. Best wishes to management & staff for the festive season.
