I took my mum here today to get a haircut from Karen and it was pretty quiet apart from one woman giving advice to someone about care management and the police which I don't think that she should have been doing with her phone on loud speaker. It was now my mums turn, she was booked in for a cut and blow dry but never got her hair washed she only got it sprayed wet from a bottle, she was only in the chair for about ten minutes tops so here was me thinking because my mum was 80 years old she would get pensioners rates and it wouldn't be so dear because it never got washed but low and behold she charged her £29, she then took a heap of money from somewhere took my mum's money stuffed it in her bag and disapeared out the back door. Not amused as my mum has hardly any hair so won't be taking her back. H

Back with the best! Hannah has taken care of my hair for years, I first came to her with damaged, brittle hair that I had bleached myself. We started my hair recovery journeys of deep conditioning treatment, I would then go to her for maintenance and advice on how to best take care of my hair . This time I asked for highlights and Hannah overdelivered, I loved how my hair ended up! She is always so lovely, the team at the Salon are great and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Kutloose. Thank you!
