We had an appointment for a specific time but the office reception seemed totally disinterested and kept chatting in a next room, so did not bother to tell the solicitor we were there. After waiting for 35 mins we asked the reception whether they had let the solicitor know that we were expecting her to see us. As it happened Sunita did not care to check our arrival and said it wasn’t her job to contact reception. Instead of apologising for being late and causing us unnecessary delay she was unapologetic and confrontational. Appallingly, she threatened to not see us instead of just recognising her mistake. She treated us with disrespect as if she was above questioning from mere customers like us.
Shockingly appalling service. This Sunita is absolutely unprofessional to say the least. Aggressive and dismissive attitude, total disrespect for clients. Wasted our time and did nothing to help! If I could I’d make her qualify in Customer Care training before letting her work with people!
