   Stella was excellent. I went in a bit nervous trying a new salon and asking for a change of cut. Needn't have worried, Stella was patient and helpful and sorted my hair right out. Went from frizzy long to mid length with a fringe and I'm so pleased, like a weight is off!

   If I could give 0 starts I would off. I attended to this place as new client wanted to book for full head of highlights and was quoted £171 which I was happy to pay and continue to book appointment. I have attended before that for them to cut 4 strings of my hair and patch test, then next day I have attended for results. Everything was fine and appointment was booked for me in person. Then 72h before my appointment I have received the call asking me to pay upfront 50% if not my appointment will be cancelled. This is outrageous. I’m 37 years old and never in my life was asked to pay 50% what they called deposit for service at the hairdresser days after appointment was booked and only 72h before actually service. This behaviour is shocking as I was not informed about this on my previous 2 visits at the salon. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! Seams like they only wanted my bank details handed over the phone as I was there in person twice and nothing regarding deposit was mentioned. They also refused to put this in writing for me and speak to owner as apparently everything was said. They think is ok to make a promises, take cuts of hair samples and not take responsibility for this which is not ok also they have ruined my plans and genuinely upset me as my hair can’t be done now for important upcoming event which I was looking forward to. Is not ok and I will follow legal advice for this matter as I should be made aware about deposit before they put hands on to cutting my hair.

   Everything was perfect on my first appointment! There was a little misunderstanding with the colour (my bad, I'm not a native English speaker and should have been more clear or asked twice before saying yes) but Tegan offered me to fix it straight away and it ended up being amazing. Also Chelsea's cut was exactly what I wanted. Both of them were very friendly and professional, I am super happy and my next appointment is already booked!
