   Would advise no-one to go here. Went along with a voucher and was treated very offhandedly. The manager spent the whole time talking about her social life, loudly, on her phone while getting her hair done. Was there almost 3 hours and wasn't offered anything, no tea, coffee, water or even a magazine. Then at the end, just to put the tin hat on it, was told I had to pay another £20 for toner, there was nothing about this on the voucher. And they insisted I walk to the nearest ATM to get the cash. Totally unprofessional company and the hair colour was horrible too.

   Great atmosphere from the get go. Staff are amazing and so professional recommend to everyone full package of hair makeup waxing and nails was very cheap I expected my bill to be double what the girls asked. Thank you so much I will be back mwah x

   This Easter I drove up from Manchester where I live to visit my mum, who has been in hospital in Aberdeen since Dec, and decided to take her to get her hair cut to cheer her up. I am travelling up to see her this weekend and mum is asking if she can have her hair done again as it is longer one side than the other. I'm not taking her back to Image as on the day I was not convinced that they had done anything like a good job but didn't say anything as I didn't want my mum to feel disappointed. I will find somewhere else with better reviews. My mum lives in the Shetland Isles and her usual hairdresser there is fabulous. Also I had to pay by cash as I couldn't pay by card which I should have checked beforehand but it's unusual these days not to be able to pay by Debit Card at least. All in all not a satisfactory outcome. I
