Always welcomed with lots of happy smile people a lovely cuppa n biscuits. Fabulous head massage while the rest of my body gets a chair massage. I always go in with a pic or 2 then Lanice works out what will work and always gets it right.

First time at Elans and as I haven't had my haircut for 2 years I was a little nervous. Lauren made me feel relaxed and comfortable. When I said I wanted my long hair cut to a bob she suggested donating the hair to the Little Princess Trust. Loved the whole experience and absolutely delighted with my new hairstyle. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.
Had the best experience there today. Sarah achieved exactly the colouring I was wanting - it looks even better than I could have hoped for. Absolutely delighted with the colour, cut and finish. An added bonus was the comfy massage recliners and the lovely scalp massage while getting my hair washed. Very reasonably priced and have already booked my next appointment. Brilliant and talented hairdressers. Highly recommend.
AVOID....expensive and poor service . I could leave 0 star i would !!!! Please read until the end YOU WILL THANK ME!!!!.... feel free to reply and ill send u a photo of the monstrosity!!! .. So after 2 extremely bad salon visits (OTHER SALON I WONT MEANTION).... I'm discussed... at least the first hair dresser salon refunded me and was actually apologetic!!!!. And said mistakes happen . This second salon not so much... my daughter went in with patchy dark red brown hair (from 1st salon) they said we can fix it!!! Was excited for mydaughter as she was pretty upset . All was looking great a permanent lighter and dye was added ... and it went to a chestnut warm honey blonde light brown, although a lot lighter than we asked for but at least looked nice ...... was lovely Saturday Sunday, Monday and then Tuesday she washed her hair for first time and it went orange !!! .. and I mean orange!! Like a clementine! Apparently that is my daughters fault because she was ment to use a temp colourbooster called revlon neutri colour in colour 641 mixed with conditioner after every wash !! She actually said to us to buy on line and once a week or once every 10 days. Although ordering on line will take a week at least ??????? . Cos I'm sure I can afford £18 to spend on a bottle, that is 200ml and last 2 weeks! for every wash Then I was excused of My daughter using a supermarket brand shampoo and that why her colour was removed after one wash lol .... So £155 for this service, and apparently cos of the 7 hours and things used i will NOT be receiving a refund. Apparently she can go in for a demi permanent or something... but with her anxiety no chance . You should be able to have a permanent colour without it washing out after 1 wash! Apparently also if she had used the revlon wash in out colour creme then it wouldn't have gone orange ...... Rubbish Dispute opened with bank . Just avoid!
