I have recently bought a sofa in the Bracknell store where I met a fantastic and professional service from Mrs. Ewa who helped me to solve a few problems with the sofa I wanted to buy. Also. she was very patient, actively listening to me and really keen to help me. Great service!
Received excellent customer service from a lovely lady by the name of Danielle. From the time I entered the shop she acknowledged me and helped me on making the right decision. I purchased an all glass picture, she wrapped it beautifully and held it instore for me to collect when I was ready. Few days later when I went to pick it up there was a rather rude person by the name of Victoria who I'll never deal with again, she was simply rude and arrogant. Danielle 5* Victoria 0*
This shop is a good one if you like lux interior design and modern furnishings. I do like the stuff they have here. Great mix of Wall furnishings, floor furnishings and furniture. Could perhaps do with getting a few local artists with this kind of abstract artwork. Just doesn't have that kind of thing atm.
Totally delighted I bought a dining table and chairs. Nick provided fantastic service. Delivery was very quick. Super value for money. I'll be very happy to go there again.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase of recliner 3 seater light blue sofa and also lovely comfortable chair also. Very good prices for high quality products and would definitely recommend Plush to my family and friends and indeed any random person looking to upgrade their home. Very pleased Plush is in the Lexicon now and will keep an eye on anything new that appears in there as have been impressed by my purchases. Helpful staff also which always is good too.
