TERRIBLE! Listed as an option for click and collect for parcels, they have refused multiple parcels and ruined time sensitive events. Get yourself off the register if you can’t offer the service!
UPS website states 9pm closing time, Google maps states 8pm closing time. It's wednesday and just went there and they are closed at 7pm. Owner needs to update opening and closing times.
Went there at 8 am. Open on a bank holiday. Hurray! Store attendant pleasant and helpful. Got all I needed. Correction. Not a local guide. Visitor to the UK.
Please update your opening times. I went out in the rain to collect my parcel but you were already shut when I got there despite being advertised as open.
Timings are an issue and needs to be fixed on both Google and Amazon, I wasted so much time in the morning waiting for this place to open because of the incorrect times.
