I was so lucky I came across Mr Simon Pook at Clarke and Son as he was so different to my previous solicitor. Mr Pook is very tune to the need of a client and extremely helpful as well as patient in clarifying any queries. He is incredibly efficient, conscientious professional and one of rare kind of solicitors with ‘where-is-the-will-there-is-the way’ approach. Mr Pook manages his clients’ expectation well, but if there is any slim chance to do something even more efficiently, he will let you know. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Pook. I am extremely grateful for all the help and determination as he managed to complete the sale of my flat and then help me with buying house. The whole process took less than 7 months and this included time which we needed to find a new home. This was very impressive.
