Booked an appointment for 5pm whe i turned up i asked if u had a booking after replying "yeah with Mike" his reply was wow and luaghed? Arrived at 4:55 after 15mins past my appointment i was told someone els was going to cut my hair and was left sitting untill 5:35 when I left. The whole experience was rude and off putting when all I heard was good things pervious about this place but ill 100% never be back.

Worst haircut of my life. They didn’t even bother to wet my hair before using thinning scissors. I sat in the chair in pain the whole time as they pulled at my hair. The cut isn’t even level one side is noticeably longer than the other and it was very pricey for such poor service. Never going back.
