I would like to thank the team today in the endoscopy department at Stafford county hospital for being brilliant. I was terrified about having a colonoscopy and they’ve made the whole procedure absolutely fine. They were all so caring and patient I cannot thank them enough. Special mention to Amy who was unbelievable and I cannot thank her enough.
Second visit by my wife in less than 4 weeks. First class treatment and no expense spared in diagnosis of the problems. Staff ensure you are kept informed at all times
Mum here at 10 am had ecg bloods and now xray in just under 2 hours absolutely fantastic care and treatment. Very professional and polite team from administration Jayne to the Consultant thank you very much.
Attended A&E 12.8.25, I have an awful fear of hospital despite working in nhs 35 years. Every member of staff was amazing, respectful and caring. Made a difficult situation much less stressful. Very impressed. Well done to the staff.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was really nervous going in for my colposcopy, but the nurses were absolutely fantastic and instantly put me at ease. Amanda and her team were brilliant — calm, kind, and so professional. I ended up having the treatment done the same day, and they looked after me every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you so much!
Never been here before but what a friendly hospital! Parking was plentiful and was easy to see how many spaces were left in each zone. You enter a specific zone and get a yellow token at the barrier. We arrived around 4pm so every carpark had spaces. Went to Breast Care Department and staff there were so lovely. There's a local bakery on the ground floor main entrance - again staff were welcoming and friendly. Cannot fault it at all.
I was referred by my doctor for quick track referral, and got to see a consultant with in 48hrs amazing. I was seen only 15min after my appointment time by a consultant who immediately made my fell comfortable, he spent time discussing my problems and explained very clearly what was causing my symptoms. We arrived early so visited the on site restaurant, had a good lunch at a very reasonable price. Could not fault my experience in any way, thank you all at Stafford County Hospital.
First impressions after booking a slot via 111 online.... not impressed, had to go through the whole booking procedure again. Another bit of worthless money spending by the goverment and the NHS. On a quick inspection of waiting area noticed that Vending machines are Out of Order. For crying out load this 2022 not 1982.. get a grip.. NHS... stop squandering good honest money from working class folk... I believe I could pay a top wak ins premium and it would still be cheaper than what the UK Goverment charges me every month. And we would be treated more quickly and effectively... but I believe that the best healthcare should be accessible for all...
Lovely staff and fantastic service. I've recently visited for 2 different appointments and the staff couldn't do enough and treated me with kindness and dignity. My mother recently had an appointment too in the cardiology department and she also commented on how lovely all the staff were with her
staff lovely, except for one doctor who was extremely rude when I asked if he could find out how much longer I would be waiting. The doctor that treated me was very kind but didn't really seem to know what had caused my extremely painful knee problem. Had to ask for some strong painkillers. He also expected me to just walk out without any aids, despite still being in pain and no proper diagnosis
