Recently purchased a Tesla Model Y from Adam, with it being my first Tesla I had plenty of questions which were all answered confidently and honestly. Fantastic experience. Adam is a gentleman and a used car dealer that you can actually trust. After contacting Castle EV from an Autotrader advert I was initially a little reluctant to commit financially to a vehicle that I hadn’t seen with my own eyes. Adam spent his time talking through the buying process along with a walk around description of the vehicle highlighting the every slight imperfection as not to disappoint me on collection. Once I arrived I do believe he was over critical considering the car is 3 years old. It’s in great condition and I’m really happy with it. Castle EV allowed me to part exchange my ICE car and gave me a great price for it. The finance provider was easy to deal with and offered a competitive rate. On Collection Adam dedicates some serious time to you. He makes sure that you are happy with the vehicle, taking you out to drive the car and also provides a demonstration of the technology in it. He then sets the vehicle up for you with telephone pairing, app registration and navigation preferences etc before completing the paperwork. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience that I’ve had during my 25 years on the road. I’ve bought brand new cars from fancy dealerships who have offered nowhere near the customer service levels that you get from Castle EV. Thank you very much Adam.
