   Never experienced anywhere worse. Rude staff, TERRIBLE nails that fell off literally 24 later. Just will never get over how horrid my nails looked, how terribly they lasted, and how unkind the staff were; making me and my friend super super super uncomfortable!!!! You came to the reviews to see if it was worth going to. I BEG YOU DO NOT GO!!!!!

   ⭐☆☆☆☆ If you want comedy, not nails — this is your place. I came in with hands, I left with regrets. I asked for gel nails… what I got looked like Primark press-ons. They started peeling after two days — I’ve had stickers on my laptop last longer. The lady doing my nails was apparently training for the WWE because she kept smacking my hand every time I winced. Sorry ma’am, my hand was stiff because YOU were hurting me, not because I was trying to start a thumb war. After half a set I surrendered and told her to stop so I could go home before I lost a finger. The whole time, she and her sidekick were laughing — not sure if it was at my nails, my pain, or both. Honestly, I should’ve charged admission because it felt like a live roast session. Now, to be fair: the owner is lovely, and there’s a young girl there (possibly her daughter) who is actually talented — if she’s free, RUN to her chair. The rest of the staff? They should probably consider new careers — maybe as professional hand-slappers or stand-up comedians. Bottom line: If you want beautiful nails, book elsewhere. If you want trauma with a laugh track, look no further.

   Terrible service, I have been a customer for a while to come in for a pedicure and I have been ignored today despite me trying to ask a staff member. I have been waiting for 3 hours and always someone else gets taking instead including two people that came in for a pedicure and got seen to swiftly. Absolutely shocking that so many female customers were taking instead of Me despite me waiting far longer. I won't be returning

   I used to be their loyal customer for an year, however, every time I used to go back thinking that this time it would be better. The nail extensions used to crack open every time within 2 weeks and I was being charged £10 to take them off and then to get a new one charged £40 separately. It was frustrating to find that it was repeating every 2-3 weeks and it was ripping my pockets off. Last time, I had this male artist doing my nails and he was absolutely ruthless and I wasn’t happy with the finished product at all. I complained about it to the staff and they had to redo my nail which was very painful again, my nails were very sore!! and within 3weeks it started to come out along with the nail bed and this time it was stuck to the skin around my nail , and was bleeding. I am traumatised to go to any place for my nails after this incident. I have stopped going to them ever since.

   I was a loyal customer to artist nail for 10 years!!!..sadly 4 weeks ago was my last appt…I was always made to wait…25-45min WITH an appointment..there is no respect for a customer’s time..when I kindly pointed out that I was waiting far too long with an appt, the lady simply nodded her head…again brought to the attention before leaving with the main lady running things there…she ‘nodded her head’..no apology for lateness..nothing..I told myself I would stick with this nail salon..however, this was truly the last straw..the last wait..no apology means loss of a loyal customer..overbooking and management of clients is quite poor due to greed..sadly humility is not in the equation and will cost..this is a lesson this business will learn over time as there are many thriving nail salons for customers to choose in Aberdeen that will respect their time and remember an apology will go a long way.

   I was happy with my first set of nails, however, was charged £40 which seemed expensive for a set of acrylics with a french nail design. I went back two weeks later to have the old set infilled with a french design with a little flower, I was quoted £36. I walked out because the price was ridiculous. My friend who recommended this salon to me informed me I was being asked for the incorrect prices, she is charged £35 for a new set or £23 for the old set to be infilled with design. I will take my business elsewhere in future.

   Got my nails done two weeks ago one nail broke after a week and more broke the second week. I went back to get them taken off cause one of the breaks was really sore and split my own nail underneath. I thought they would not charge me to get them taken off cause they were in such a mess but no the changed me £10 absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back staff were not friendly.
