Such wonderful service from Raegan & Heidi today. I am over the moon with my nails. Everyone i met was super welcoming and attentive during my time in the salon. The decor is cool, modern, and fun which added to the experience and vibe of the salon.
The salon is gorgeous inside and out, the staff are fantastic and so friendly and the vibes are immaculate. Personally, Reagan has been doing my nails for about 6 months now and I would never go anywhere else again. Her expertise and fine detailing of the BIAB application makes for a fantastic base for her mind-blowing nail art. She is incredibly talented and a credit to the moossh family! She’s also a great chat, which makes our time together pass ever so quickly. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I love getting my nails done by Sam, they're always done to such a high quality every single time. She's so lovely to talk to and takes such pride in her work, my nails never chip or lift. I'll always recommend her to anyone looking for a perfect set of nails!
The booking system is incredibly easy to use and the staff in the salon are super helpful and friendly. Never had any issues or complaints when coming to Moossh for my lash extensions. They’re always done efficiently and to a high standard.
My girlfriend has been using Audrey at Moossh for getting her nails done since June. Unfortunately, during her most recent visit, she had a different nail technician who painted on the BIAB much too thin which made her nails really weak. This led to 4 of them snapping within a week of them being done, wasting 3 months of growth. We contacted them through Instagram, and they kindly offered to rectify the situation by taking my girlfriend in and fix them, free of charge. However, when she arrived, it was not her usual nail technician who was fixing her nails. Although the replacement tech was lovely, it was her first week and it would be considered rather poor service to put "the girl who complained" with the new girl. Unfortunately her nails aren't up to the usual standard she had come to expect from Moossh either, as they are oddly shaped and you can see where the glue has leaked out under the nail. After getting her nails done, she was shocked to find out that they were expecting £37, after being told they would be a complimentary fix. She told them this at the time of paying, but they still insisted and charged her the £37. As she is not a confrontational person, she paid it. We will not be going back.
Lovely atmosphere and interior, super friendly staff. Kerry, my technician, was an absolute delight and I really enjoyed her company while she was working on my nails. My nails also came out totally stunning- can't wait to come back! 10/10 experience, I was nervous as it was only my second time ever getting my nails done and my first time at Moossh. Highly recommend!
I had my nails done at a another salon in Aberdeen (not Moossh) before going on holiday. They had done an awful job and the gel nails were already peeling off the next day. I booked an appointment at Moossh to have the nails removed. Samantha at Moossh was so kind and offered to try to "fix" the nails rather than remove them. Samantha did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me - I had only booked in for a gel removal but instead came out with beautiful nails. Thank you Samantha! X
