   Got my nails done here only 2 weeks ago. We arrived and it was quite busy but they sat us anyways, we waited for 2 hours before we were sat, which is annoying but I understand busy times, however once sat 4 different people did my nails as they all worked on different people at the same time. Within 3 days almost all of my nails broke off. They broke off from general activity nothing that would normally break nails so easily. As well as myself, my 2 other friends who got there nails done by the same 4 people also had many of there acrylics just break off within a few days of getting them done. A nice set of nails unfortunately very very poorly done. Do not recommend.

   I've gotten my nails done here 4 times. The nails I got were lovely and I got a lot of complements. However, when I went to get my biab removed, my nails were extremely overfiled which has left my nails red, flimsy, sore and super sensitive. It's going to take months to grow out the damage that was done. There was also one time they were quite rough with the file and my cuticles bled. It's walk in appointments, so depending what time of day you go you may be waiting for ages. The longest I waited was about an hour for biab. Once I was seen to they did the base layer of my biab and then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes in the chair while they finished somebody else's nails. I understand that it was busy but waiting that long wasn't pleasant and I ended up staying in the shop for almost 2 hours for a simple french tip design. Staff were nice though, it's just a shame my natural nails are ruined now. As nice as the acrylic/biab nails I had previously got done looked, I'll not be coming back as my nails are now extremely sore and damaged. Prices are super cheap though so at the end of the day you get what you pay for.

   The experience overall isn’t bad. We arrived without an appointment, had to wait maybe for 20 minutes or so. 3 people did my nails overall, one did sticking, the other did shaping and applying acrylic paste and the third did the design. Due to that we had to wait a while as each person was busy usually when the other finished. But they didn’t insist, they would ask if we would like to wait or just go ahead with the same person and it was our choice fully to wait for specific people to do our nails. All in all we spent maybe 2 hours there. I think I would have been faster but the person who did our nail designs did for me and my friend so we had to wait for each other. The design they did so well. This is third day of nails when I am writing this and the nails are holding up fine even though they go through a lot as I do household chores plus work in an active environment. The price I was given when I arrived and paid stayed the same. No bleeding or issue with cuticles for me. I was quite pleased with the experience but hygiene could be improved and worked on.

   They do anything yous show them. The nail quality is great. Ventilation is low so it smells slightly of chemicals, but the nail artists and kevin are great!!

   Left with bleeding skin and extremely sore. Had to put a plaster over my cuticles when I got home. Tore all my skin. They are rushed, unsafe, unclean, rude, and don’t care about their clients skin, just their money. Don’t go.

   Awful dip powder nails. Didn’t set properly and came off the next day. Genuinely appalled at how bad they were.

   Absolutely ridiculous, they’ll make you sit there for an hour and a half and do people who came after you, while you sit down on the seat with only the first step. Instead of trying to multi task like mongs they should just focus on the person they sit down to begin with. Never coming back.

   I was visiting from South Africa and got my nails done here. They came out stunning. My only complaint is that they work very fast to get through as many customers as possible, so it’s a bit rough on your hands.

   My daughter got extensions and acrylic applied here and they have lasted amazingly. 4 weeks and still going strong, no breaks. My only negative would be the shop requires attention to neglected wear and tear and improved cleanliness ie instructing patients to wash hands before commencing treatment and more frequent washing down of work stations and tools. This is my reason for 4 stars. Staff friendly and accommodating
