   Ridiculous is the only word i can use the describe my experience at Skynails. When i walked in all seemed fine, there were 6 people sat in the chairs and 2 people waiting, however I did find it odd that they would have 6 people waiting in chairs when there are only 4 workers. When it was my time I was seen straight away and the guy fitted the plastic nails onto mine and cut them letting out a sigh in annoyance every time I asked for it to be shorter (which I find very rude) however I ignored it and was polite. He then left to serve another customer. I was then left for an hour with only the plastic on my nails while they served every customer but me, including the ones who were there after me. This is ridiculous. Why serve 7 people at a time when there are only 4 workers? And why not just finish one persons nails at a time instead of starting over 7 people’s nails at the same time? In the end I left with only 10 plastic nails on that weren’t even the shape I wanted leaving my nails worse than before. This is 4 days before Christmas so what am I meant to do? Lives are busy, especially round this time of year, and staff should warn customers of the time it will take and set a limit to how many they serve at a time.

   Got Biab done by this place but fell off after two hours of getting them so went elsewhere to get the ones in the photo will never go here again I stick to the other place but won’t say where as get great nails done by the place I will stick to 100% won’t go to skynails again
