   Not a customer—just sharing our first impression. My two kids and I were looking for a new local hairdresser, and we often pass by this salon, so we decided to pop in on Saturday after the cinema to check it out. When we walked in (the door was open), we saw someone sweeping the floor. I began to say, “Hi, we just wanted to check if…”—but before I could even finish my sentence, the woman looked at me with what felt like shock or annoyance. It was a bit uncomfortable. Thinking we might have walked through the area she was cleaning, or that they were closed, I asked, “Oh, sorry—are you closed?” She replied with just a blunt “Yes.” No further explanation, no “sorry” or “we close soon,” no offer to help us later or suggest we come back. Just silence after that. We quietly left and checked the hours posted outside—it said they close at 5 PM, and we had arrived before 4 PM. That made the experience even more confusing. We weren’t expecting a full consultation, just a warm welcome or at least a polite interaction. Unfortunately, the customer service was completely lacking. No greeting, no inquiry about what we needed, no suggestion to call or check online—just a cold brush-off. First impressions matter, and sadly, this one was enough to tell us it’s probably not the right place for us. Maybe we weren’t the kind of customers they wanted. Still, I hope this feedback encourages a bit more courtesy for future walk-ins.

   My absolute ride or die when it comes to nails and lashes. Ruta takes such pride in her work and is a perfectionist at all angles. I’ve been coming to Ruta for almost a year and have always been satisfied. I used to be an acrylics girl and now my nails are so healthy and long thanks to BIAB ❤️
