   l’m really disappointed because this isn’t the first time I’ve been burned during an upper lip wax at this salon. I decided to give them another chance, hoping it was just a one-time mistake, but unfortunately, it happened again. The skin above my lip was left red, sore, and visibly burned — it’s extremely painful and now I have to deal with marks on my face.What made it worse is that the lady stopped midway to chat with her friend, I felt completely ignored and uncared for. It’s frustrating because proper waxing technique and temperature control should prevent this kind of injury. I expected better care and professionalism, especially after mentioning my previous experience. I really hope the salon takes this seriously, trains their staff properly, and ensures better quality control so no one else has to go through this.

   If possible, I would give this place a negative rating — it doesn’t even deserve one star. I went in this morning for a haircut. The price listed was £15, but the lady (slim, well-dressed, possibly the owner) told me that layered cuts would cost £20. I agreed and asked if they offered a student discount, which they usually do. I also mentioned I’d be getting threading done as well and politely asked what the total would be, just to confirm — since they don’t strictly follow the listed prices and often charge differently. Instead of answering, she walked away and said to another staff member in Hindi, “Where did this girl come from? How is she bargaining like this?” I was shocked — I wasn’t bargaining at all, just asking a question. I understand Hindi, so I let her know it was inappropriate to speak like that in front of a customer. Rather than apologizing, she told me to go to another salon. I couldn’t believe the rudeness. I didn’t go there asking for a free service — I came to pay and be treated professionally. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The staff, especially the owner, are unprofessional and disrespectful.

   the first photo was my inspo and second is what i got i am utterly disgusted that a professional would do a paying customers nails this badly. Tip if you can’t do a design well tell the customer to choose something else. There was 2 ladies working when I went in and when I was getting my nails done they were shouting at each other in a different language which was actually rather rude and slightly scary. Do Not Recommend!

   Very bad eyebrows she spoke with me very rudely i just showed picture of how i was and said to do like that she removed so much and then said if u say me to do in a photo its like this only u should only say me to do normal and she said she even will not say sorry Very bad never recommended again for anyone

   I went there for a bikini wax the ladies are very nice and they did a good job with the waxing, but as i was in the private room lying on the table half naked one of the women opened the door and saw me exposed on the table, they started having a conversation until i asked her to close the door. I jumped at every noise after that it was the most uncomfortable i have felt in a long time.

   A word of warning, at this salon they offer eyelash extensions, however, they do not hold any NVQ qualifications or proper training to carry out the treatment. This was my first lash experience so at the salon I assumed all was well and was taken care of, however, this was not the case. I booked myself in for the hour and a half treatment of a full set of classic lashes; It took the technician under 40 minutes to complete. This was a red flag in my head. My lashes were not primed before the treatment, eyepads nor lash mapping was used. All my lash extensions were the same length when I asked for a classic eye look because I wanted them to look natural. no aftercare products were given to me such as an eyelash spooly or information leaflet. After i left the salon I noticed that the lashes were clumped together at the root by the glue and sparsely applied ( an individual lash is supposed to be attached to each of my natural lashes). i was unable to bruch throuch my lashes with the spooly attached to my eyebrown pencil (which was new). the lashes were glued to the skin of my eyelid and not the lashes themselves. within a few hours my right eyelid was in pain and the lashes had stared to fallout but were till glued to the roots of my natural lashes. I had to arrange for the lashes to be removed the next day. upon my arrival at the salon the next day the woman offered to infill my lashes but not remove them because they were causing me pain. I asked to see her qualifications before i would allow her to do a further lash treatment on me, however, she could not produced these. I had her remove the lashes. upon removing the lashes the lady only used cotton pads to wipe away the adhesive disolver which she squirted onto my closed eyelids. This should have been applied with a cuetip and eye pads. my eyes were not rinsed after removal. My eyes are now very sensitive and i have lost quite a lot of my natural lashes.
