Lost my parcel and though left phone number on more than one occasion as promised owner would ring no response. Staff had little interest just said didn’t have it (go away) even though app showed delivery details. Avoid this place
I have been ringing this shop for 2 days 15 times I have rang no answer how am I to know if my parcel is there I live 20 minutes walking distance and don't want the wasted trip not helpful at all why have a phone number if no ones goin to answer
I went here to collect a parcel and the poor girl behind the tills was crying, felt really bad for her. The shelves also seemed to be almost all empty except for the alcohol and it's pretty dark inside the shop.
Rude and not very helpful. They speak over you and don’t allow you to explain. They’ve lost a couple of my parcels now. The latest was sent back to the depot by them less than 6 hours after being received by them. This is likely because of their totally chaotic system of storing parcels. This is my closest store but I’d rather drive elsewhere than waste my time again. Edit based on the reply… I was the only person in the store throughout our interaction so there were no issues managing parcel and shop customers. Their parcel system is total chaos. He even looked up and one point, pointed behind where I was stood and said “oh is it any of them back there”. They have no idea where they are putting things and every time I’ve been in I’ve been spoken to abruptly. Be nice and your customers will stick with you even when things go wrong. Be rude and you get the reviews that you have here.
Seems all they do now is packages as every time I go to collect or drop off there is mostly empty shelves. The person who is normally behind the counter is about as unfriendly as you can get without being downright rude. As for convenience for packages, it is close to home so helpful in that respect.
We use this place for dropping off parcels. It's very good.
I have been in the shop twice, once for collecting and one for returning a parcel and in both cases I found the owner to be really rude with me.
Can't complain about this little shop. Lots of snacks and beverages. Dragged myself here on many hangovers and got everything I've needed to survive.
Bad smell soon as you walk in, very inattentive staff who seems like doesn’t want to work there, very poor service one star is even very generous need friendlier staff and better service very poor!
Great local convenience store, everything you need under one roof including lottery, paypoint, parcel drop off and pick up as well as everyday food items.
