Took my little one for a treat on a Friday with some other friends. Warm welcome. Very friendly staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Activity was included which was fun. Didn't see my little one all morning so he had an amazing time. Shane and staff - you are brilliant at what you do! Thank you and see you soon xxx
We have bought three month passes during summer holiday , our kids enjoy the softplay. It isnt that crowded in morning session, higjly recommended. Casey is nice and helpful ! :)
Monkey Bizness is my Sons favourite softplay! We found it when scoping out for his 3rd Birthday Party (which went amazingly!) The toddler mornings are fun especially with the vehicles out. The food, drink and especially cakes are lovely! The provision for under 3s here is very good compared to any other local softplay! So particularly good if this is your aim. And staff keep the area monitored to ensure the right age group is playing. My sons also had no issues playing on older frame. He stays throughly entertained here as opposed to other places. Despite how busy it can get with so many parties in one day it's never felt 'too overcrowded' and we've gone frequently for the last year.
It's a good soft play but I'd say it needs maintaining better, in the toddler area they have music boards which you turn, these didn't work. It looks a bit grubby in places but it was okay, I'd still go again, the pizza was actually quite nice weirdly. To clarify it's okay but there are better.
We love it here, my daughter’s favourite place! Great selection of apparatus, slides etc. has its own under 3’s section which has appropriate equipment and little sensory areas. Food is decent, iced coffees are lovely & the staff are friendly. Also, the cleanest soft place centre in Southampton.
Explained my sons disability and sensory needs, and they would not accommodate our basic request for our 6 year old son to play without wearing his socks. We rang ahead, the lady I spoke to was pleasant on the phone and advised that it was out of her hands. This is first soft play park that hasn't allowed him to go bare foot. Avoid if you have a child with similar sensory needs. Not disability inclusive.
It's a great big place here and my 10 and 8 year old loved it. Would be good to review the adult charge though, as I think it stops people coming in and spending in food. It did my wife anyway.
Great space for under 3 year olds with a lot more than some of the other local softplays for that age group. Makes the price (bit more expensive than others) worth it. More seating near this area so my husband and I can take turns playing with our little one and the other can still watch from outside.
Was thoroughly disappointed to see a young disabled girl's medically formulated food refused from the venue. The attendants were unsympathetic and the small child had to go without for the duration of the visit (which was for a special event). You'd hope places like these accommodated vulnerable children and their parents but nope, don't care. You also have to pay as an adult to come in and sit down while you mind your children, most places don't do this, I think it's takes a liberty, especially when you exist to make sales at the overpriced kiosk. You want it every way but you don't want a disabled child eating the ONLY food she can have.
Perfect indoor play area! We visited on weekday, around 10:30 in the morning. Was not that busy. My son (7 year old) had a good time playing. They have different area for under 3 yeas old children. Plays was neat and tidy. Good menu and quite big portions.Staff was nice. Price was perfect.
