It's a great place for our nearly 4 and nearly 2-year-olds. A huge space with loads of equipment for them to use and a dedicated space for the under-3s. The tea cup ride is free and becomes available frequently which is a unique selling point as far as soft plays go. Coffee was nice but we didnt get food here so can't comment.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Partyman World Eastleigh for my son’s birthday party today! The party hosts (Maidey, Shane, Ruby, Chloe) were amazing—so engaged and full of energy. They went above and beyond to make sure both the kids and adults had a great time. They got the kids dancing, kept them entertained throughout, and took great care of everyone. The piñata game was a big hit—the kids absolutely loved it! Everything was well-organized, stress-free, and fun from start to finish. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and memorable party experience! I will recommend do a Private Hire.
First time visiting and my son had a wonderful time. It's a bigish structure with a separate little one area, very clean all the kids seemed happy running about there are tables dotted around we got a nice one at the back looking out the window. Food menu did not have as much variety as other places it was sandwiches hot dog and kids lunch boxes. Nice hot chocolate and coffee, the sandwich comes with crisps. We went on a day the heating wasn't working but he wasn't cold after running we just kept coats on. Toilets were okay next to tea cups that opened as we left. Randomly they started singing party dance songs but that is part of its name so if your little one likes dancing then this would be good. We would come back because my son had fun and has asked.
I’ve been a member of Partyman for 3 years now and my little girl comes here at least once a week, she loves it. It’s always entertaining and the staff are always friendly and interactive with us. Shane and. Chloe always seem to be working and are so kind to Imogen, and offer great customer service. The facility is large enough to lose the kids for a while and never had an issue with anything here. Would definitely recommend as somewhere to bring the little ones for a day.
Had a lovely time at the magic makers disco was lots of fun stalls, music with great entertainment on stage, clean and tidy venue, massive play area. Special thanks to Katie who did my daughter a glitter tattoo and face painting she absolutely loved it! X
We are members here and visit regularly and always receive the most welcoming service on arrival and throughout our time in the centre. Mackey and Chloe especially are assets to Partyman world and make the centre a much more pleasant experience. Food and drinks are always exceptional, place is very clean unlike most soft play areas in Southampton! I like the fact the staff actually engage with the children and go that extra mile rather than just taking your money and leaving you to it! Keep up the excellent service guys! :)
Facility itself is good, staff were great and the children had a lovely time. The prices though! Outrageous - over £30 for my three children and me (charging adults a fiver to come in is an absolute liberty- it's not like I can play on the slide is it?!). Won't be returning unfortunately.
We enjoyed our visit. First time I have been and it was great! I am quite cleanliness conscious and noticed that it was mostly pretty nice and clean everywhere. Please keep this up its so important! Lovely friendly atmosphere and nice happy and friendly staff. Definitely will be coming back
Had my daughters party here today and what a delight! Nothing to stress over they had food, entertainment and party bags all sorted in the price. Tamia was excellent from arrival to departure. She checked everyone in, explained what was happening which she also did to all guests who attended. Very enthusiastic and had the children hooked with her rainbow outfit. Will be recommending
