Perhaps my favourite concert venue in the world. Amazingly cheap concerts that vary in their range brilliantly. If you like jazz, they'll be something for you, if you like classical, they'll be something for you...you get the idea. Really friendly staff and a bar. I can't rate this place and their concerts highly enough...oh and the prices? Brilliantly cheap.

It is a pleasant place to visit with an interesting an varied program. The acoustics are good and the lights and heating are usually very well controlled. The geography of the university campus can be confusing as the entire campus is huge.

Fantastic venue (we were there for Orchestra of the Swan). It was a hot summer’s evening and prior to the concert we sat outside in the beautiful grounds. The ambience within the venue was amazing. Perfect for the performance.

Watched and listened to The English Concert playing Bach’s St John’s Passion 19 April ’25. It was the first time I heard an orchestra playing period instruments and it was delightful. The singers and soloists were also brilliant. I definitely recommend both Turner Sims and the English Concert

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here. It is a hall which nice aesthetics and great acoustics. A range of performers perform here every week. The website is up to date and is very user friendly. There are a lot of free or discounted events for students as well. They hire the venue out for corporate and private events too. They have a little bar / shop where you can buy Light food and beverages. The toilets are well kept too. Highly recommended for any event!

We went to see 'Art of Believing' by the Daniel Martinez Flamenco Company here. An amazing and moving performance in a well sized, yet intimate concert venue.

I've been here many times over the years and I was here very recently. Lovely friendly venue with kind staff and excellent facilities. My only minor complaint would be that my very tall companion found that the seats have very little leg room, somewhat akin to flying with an Eastern European no-frills airline. Their knees were against the row in front the whole time despite sitting up very straight. However I'm 6ft and I had sufficient leg room to be comfortable, no overly generous legroom but sufficient. The concert itself was superb. A lovely venue for classical, jazz and folk concerts and my favourite.

An outstanding performance of French chamber music for piano, flute and cello. So glad I went

Lovely venue. Happy, helpful staff. Fabulous concert 'Down for the Count' orchestra. Venue difficult to find ... poor signage.

Fantastic acoustics. Went to see Down the count 'swing into Christmas' here. The auditorium is built for perfect sound quality. The band were excellent. The auditorium enhanced an already perfect performance.
