    I have been coming to this clinic for five years now. I have had laser hair removal from head to toe, it has been worth every penny, the results have been amazing and you can pay in installments which really helps. Staff are friendly and very professional, Shangida who does my laser treatment is a credit to the clinic, I can't thank her enough for her hard work.

    Went here for small but necessary procedure. The whole experience from start to finish was professional, efficient, and easy. All staff were excellent, from receptionist to nurse to doctor. It was easy to get convenient times and the charge was good value. All in all an excellent experience and would recommend.

    Avoid - go to another clinic or provider. I have been going to Chiltern Medical for years to have laser hair removal and for the past few years it has been good as there were plenty of qualified therapists and appointments were easily made as such I bought prepaid packages. Come 2022 it has become a nightmare to book an appointment as across two clinics they only have 2 therapists. The therapist I usually see wasnt available, so I said I would see someone else as in the past this wasn’t an issue as they were all very good. But I was wrong, I was left with a bleeding arm, an hour plus treatment took 30mins to do and patches of hair grew back a week later which is way faster than they normally do. I discounted this as a one off and called to see if could book to see my usual therapist to be told that she does not work weekdays and only Saturdays which doesn’t work for me. I then asked for refund on the prepaid treatments and was told they do not give refunds on these by the person on the phone. Asked to speak to manager and was told to email them asked for the email was told it’s the info email address. Then I had to search for it on their website, emailed them and according to their website which states any complaints will be replied to in 2 days to either resolve the issue or acknowledge the complaint. I then waited a week for a reply and it was only when I chased them with a screengrab and said I would claim the full amount from my credit card company they replied confirming the refund and to call for this which I did. They then called me to say they made a mistake and refunded me £70.50 extra I advised I would gladly give them the money back once it had hit my account because I didn’t trust them and asked for an email breakdown to cover everything. They then proceed to call me 3 x on Saturday (1x at 12 then 2 x between 5pm - 6pm), they did this again on Tuesday afternoon where they called 3 x within an hour and called again at 9am Wednesday - all during my working hours. When I brought this up with the receptionist when I called to pay she couldn’t see what the problem was, I explained that they are harassing a client like debt collectors over £70.50 when I’d spent £££ with them over the years and that they had lost a long-standing client because of their actions. Service is terrible here and I would recommend going elsewhere.

    I went and had treatment for little white dots under my eyes. I saw Dr Munnelly, who quoted me £400 pound to do the procedure. I didn’t have any spots in the left eye, just lots on the right so I thought it was strange he touched this eye. Not only did he then mark this eye. I was told that I wouldn’t need to come back as he was confident he got them all. I sent a email to say I have a small cluster again to be told I would have to pay £150 consultation and then £400 for the treatment what a joke. I then had someone ring me who was beyond rude and didn’t want to listen to me at all just wanted to hear the sound of her own voice. Not only is there customer service shocking I will not ever be returning here again. Stay clear as like the last review said there not interested in people or after care just the money on the day.

    The service is consistent and professional, the premises are very clean and central. Although rather on the more expensive end of the spectrum, the excellent condition of the equipment and the results are worth the investment. They can do better with their bundling and promotional offers as they do not enable the flexibility their competitors offer. Consumer dependency building or consistent area treatment discounts are not good for promoting exploratory, trial based engagement. Definitely recommended.
