   A great soft play for all kids. There is a smaller area for just little kids and then the big soft play for older children. The food there is nice and they are accommodating for any alternative needs. There is a function room on the first floor which is used for parties, we've attended a party there before and all the kids had a great time. All in all a great place and venue.

   My wife and I recently hired the entire Jangala venue in Hilton to host our baby son's 1st birthday party. We had about 70 guests in total. The event was a huge success! The staff were fantastic and very helpful, both in the run up to the event and on the day. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The food for the children was appealing and delicious. We also ordered sandwich and samosa platters for our adult guests, and these were well-presented and went down a treat. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed playing and partying at Jangala, and we would thoroughly recommend this superb venue for people to looking to celebrate special occasions.

   Great soft play centre with a range of things for babies, toddlers and young children. We visited for the 9am session and it felt very clean and well maintained, which is refreshing for a soft play centre! There is a small cafe with a range of coffees, drinks and snacks. It wasn't too busy when we went which was perfect - this may have been because it was a 9am session. When I tried to book earlier in the week for a later session I was told this it was "full to the rafters", so definitely book in advance! Staff were all pleasant and friendly.

   A totally brilliant place to host a kids party! My children are aged 8 and 5, so we’ve tried out a lot of different party venues over the years. Jangala is hands down the best one. Each and every member of staff work really hard at making it an effortless experience for the parents, and were so helpful and friendly the whole way through. Thank you very much for giving us such a great experience!

   This was our second visit to Jangala, albeit our son has aged a few years since the first. We pre-booked a 10am session, as it's always sold out and busy, so as we tend to do, we arrived around 10 minutes before our session so we could get booked in and ready to start come 10am, especially as you only get 90 minutes at Jangala (compared to other soft-plays where you get 2 hours). So we arrived at around 9:50am, but upon arrival we were told we "were early and had to wait" as there was a private party taking place, which is just wrapping up - fair enough we thought. Then a few minutes later, an older lady - possibly the owner - came out, and without as much as a "Hello! Are you being served?" pretty much word-for-word repeated what the young lad told us, although we could just about make out what she said as she had a mouth full of her breakfast. So we waited, and as we did more bookings arrived and were all told the same. To the point where the entrance was now just a chaotic place with young kids desperate to get in and play, and by this time it had just gone 10am so we were still not in. Then to make it worse, they just started serving whoever was closest at the time, rather than, you know, us who were the first people in the place so I just said that we had been waiting and asked if we could go in, which we did. Not the friendliest welcome, particularly the older lady who was clearly eating her breakfast but talking to us with her mouth full - not very nice! Whilst the place was clean and nicely decorated, we felt it was setup like a conveyor belt where we were herded in and out without any real customer service provided to us. Not even a hello and welcome, just "you can't go in yet" - charming. To taint things a little more, the ballpit section has now been removed - not sure why, probably COVID related I guess but other softplays have them still - and it's the favourite part for our son, so he was instantly disappointed that it wasn't there any more. Appreciate this is subjective, but it's definitely a shame as my son thought there was a ballpit, but it was just placed over some chairs and not actually accessible. There also seemed to be a focus on the parties too - way too many kids running around and taking over. When the party was called upstairs for food, the place was much easier to use! Shame really as it just meant our son didn't really get chance to play in some places because the kids in the party were taking over areas - not their fault though. And then to top it off, come 90 minutes we were ushered out quick-sharp so the next session could start - so we didn't really get the full 90 minutes, but more like 85. Yes it's only 5 minutes, but do they honestly think that rounding up a party of excited children with 3 minutes to go is actually going to happen in 3 minutes? C'mon... On the plus point, the price is better than some so I guess it is good value, but just feels like they've forgotten how to treat customers as people, rather than seeing them as cash cows to milk as they turn up.

   Lovely staff, great cake, proper coffee and super clean soft play where you can easily see your child from the seating area. No very risky areas for small toddlers to access independently, just big slide which takes some getting to right at the top. 100x better than the mill house.

   Great for the kids, host children parties. Very safe environment. Food is a tad pricey, but can't complain. They also have free WiFi!!
