Anyone hardly answers the phone and when they do they sound confused. I wanted to book a room for a party and the gentleman said he'll send me a booking form by email and when I open the email there were random pics but no booking form!! And when I rang back no one answered the phone. I ended up going to the centre my self as it was opened but know one was there I stood at the reception for few minutes waiting for the staff and then left as there was no one to be seen. Ridiculous customer service they need someone who knows how to use a computer and send emails as the gentlemen on the phone sounded old and confused. Ridiculous!!
Not too bad for a park. Lots of kids space & a enough equipment for the kids to play on.
Toilets absolutely disgusting, the ladies were filthy, I ended up using the men's as surprisingly they were cleaner! Couldn't find any staff to report how disgusting they were, sticky floor, dirty toilet seats, err.
It has great food and got Kevin Kemp and treasapeel working with him
Really good good place to book for small parties.
