First of all, during the meeting I tried to request a blood test to check my kidney's health when the doctor asked "Why I would need that?" and "How I suppose he could do it?" Mmm Excuse me?? The only thing I know I suppose to do it yearly as I have been told by my doctor back home! That is all I know the rest is your job sweetheart. That is why you went to university to many years!! Secondly, I tried to bring up another request knowing how overloaded NHS is because NHS' Worker but then the doctor suggested to me "Do not have many enquiries when I go for my appointment" and on bad mood he reminded me "He has 10 min per patient". I gave up and I mentioned, "It does not matter, I could book an app for other day" but he said "Oh no, please, do not book too many appointments, I do not want to see you too many times!" Aside of that I mentioned I went for a surgery abroad and he said “Oh! I cannot do anything about that until you come back” I have been calling this morning, THEY DO NOT HAVE RECOD ABOUT MY REQUEST! Any ways I solved it because the admin the was kind with me. Finally, I tried to explain him how disgusting he was with me but he suggested we were done, he had too many patients to be seen. Please, do not get me wrong! I got what I was looking for, but it just because I knew what I wanted. He was rude but at least he saw me. I am a user on this GP because there is not way to be seen F2F by a doctor in others GP on the surrounded area but the experience was not good at all.

Went there once as I was struggling with depression severely. I could tell by his tone and what he said that this “doctor” could not care less. His advice was a website for mental health that my work offered. As you can imagine it was no help at all and I’m not the type of person who seeks help from other people unless I’m absolutely desperate and it’s my last choice. This visit tipped me over the edge as I felt like the one place that could‘ve helped me or at least guided me in the right direction simply did not care and i fell into alcoholism for years and looking back I blame this surgery. Even if there isn’t much a GP can offer when it comes to mental health at least listen to your patient and don’t act so entitled and like you don’t care. Don’t offer appointments for mental health if you’re clearly not trained in the field because what happened to me could’ve ended way worse than it did and I honestly feel so sorry for anyone else who finally gets the strength to try get help and chooses this surgery for that reason. I don’t remember the man’s name but he looked south asian and in his 40s-50s. Go anywhere else but here if u want help and not to be treated like just another statistic they don’t care about because there’s no way I’m the only person he’s treated this way he looked like he was bored and used to it LOL

They will always try and fit you in as soon as they are able and the medical and admin staff have always treated me with dignity and respect when I visit.

I have to admit, first and foremost, that the extremely negative reviews of this practise made me quite reluctant to go to my appointment. I was concerned that I would require emotional support after leaving. I decided, however, to give Dr Gerard D'Cruz the benefit of the doubt. And I am very, very glad I did. Dr Gerard was both professional and compassionate, systematic and sympathetic, scientific and human. He is one of the most effective communicators I have ever met (and I just so happen to have studied communication for the past ten years). How did I feel when I entered his office? Nervous. How did I feel when I left? Relaxed and with peace of mind.

I want to speak to a qualified doctor not a pharmacist or a nurse or a cleaner or a receptionist. I have a problem with my genitals I don't want to speak about it to anyone. Can't get an appointment for two weeks.

Dr Gerrard is in the wrong profession! He doesn't listen to what the problem is and gives advice on how people in 3rd world countries have to cope and that we should do the same!!??!!!???!!!!! For your own well being stay away from this surgery! I'd give it zero stars or minus if I could.

Very bad experience. The staff is unhelpful and several doctors made wrong diagnosis which let's one doubt the professionalism at all. Stay away.
