   I had an appointment a few years ago, I believe it was Hannah, I cannot recommend her enough. At that time, i suffered with ingrown toenails terribly and nothing I did helped. I was close to paying to have the ingrown toe nail removal surgery but after seeing Hannah, she healed my feet! No ingrown toe nail since this visit and all the tailored advice given. I had been to other podiatrists in Birmingham and it felt like my feet were declining. Thank you so much! such a friendly service.

   An AMAZING appointment with Vicky, not only was she reassuring (for someone who has undiagnosed health anxiety) but she was friendly, detailed and a fantastic listener... even with problems not connected to my feet. She was also very complimentary. I will definitely be going back again, my feet feel fantastic, thank you!

   I found Brightwell Clinic to very unpleasant and unprofessional. They took a deposit from my debit card for £60 and never sent a follow up email. Furthermore they canceled both appointments on the morning of the appointments. This happened on two occasions When l pointed out that they had canceled twice and requested my money back they became aggressive cantankerous and defensive on the phone. In fact both administrators l spoke were extremely rude After a long drawn out discussion they decided to give me my £60 back. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and the staff need training in customer service. Finally l don't think they have the staff on board to deliver hence the cancelations. Very argumentative and very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend Brigtwell to anyone

   Vicky is a wonderful Podiatrist. She's friendly and approachable, and really knows her stuff. My orthotics are incredibly comfortable and I'm walking pain free for the first time in an absolute age as a result. Highly recommended.

   Went in with an issue that had been bothering me for several months now which was treated in under an hour. Was seen to immediately, treated respectfully and made to feel at ease. Was expecting intrusive treatment but was pleasantly surprised by Vicky's careful and considerate treatment, left feeling a lot less uncomfortable and pleased that it had been treated so quickly. Will definitely recommend the clinic to any friends or family suffering with foot problems.

   Cannot recommend enough! The short version: - Innovative & effective treatments - Clear explanations - Incredibly friendly chiropodists and receptionists The long version: I struggled with issues with my feet for a long while and had persistent problem for about 10 years. I had tried everything with no success. I came to the Brightwell Clinic without a lot of hope but having heard about a new treatment. We had a consultation where everything was clearly explained and the new treatment was recommend for me based on my history. Although these treatments themselves were painful, the pain very quickly subsided and I could even still go running the same evening. Moreover they were effective and my long-standing problem was resolved! The cost included everything (treatments and check ups). The reception staff were very friendly and I never had issues getting appointments to fit around work. Overall I would definitely recommend the Brightwell Clinic. Thank you Vicky!
