Gigi was amazing in explaining the treatment and putting my mind at ease. Arranging a follow up also. The clinic is super clean and clinical and the staff are amazing. Everything explained clearly, will be back for treatments in the very near future.
I’d like to give a HUGE thank you to Sarah for my ongoing Coolsculpting treatment. I started my journey in June 2025 and I’m seeing fantastic results and I’m not finished yet! Sarah is so honest, professional and she thoroughly manages expectations at consultation as to whether you’re suited for the treatment or not. We agreed a plan together going forward incorporating dietary, nutrition and exercise advice to work alongside treatment to see maximum results. I’d say DO IT…you’ll not regret it!

Im so pleased I chose to go to Aspire for my eyebrows. The service I received from Grace Hunt was exceptional. She took the time mapping out my eyebrows to ensure I had the colour and shape I wanted. Just had my first treatment of Neogen on my face and am blown away with the results. My skin is glowing, my large pores have almost disappeared and the red veins on my cheeks have reduced dramatically. My whole face appears tighter and lifted, with an overall even bright tone. It’s even smoothed out my old smoking lines above my top lip !! I’m so impressed with the treatment, I’m going to try it on my sun damaged décolleté and my dry tired old hands. As this improves over time and with more treatments, I am super excited about the final result. I had Cool Sculpting on my abdomen at Aspire Clinic in Reading. I undertook a lot of research prior to the procedure and was quite apprehensive beforehand. However the specialists at Aspire put me at ease, answered all my questions, took time to explain everything and put me at ease. I can honestly say the Cool Sculpting was a very comfortable treatment. I experienced no pain at all. Yes I did feel the sensation of the Cool Sculpting. Cold for a couple of minutes then comfortable numbness. As the Cool Sculpting pads are removed, it felt a bit tingly. But the massage the practitioner carried out alleviated this sensation (and the post treatment massage was the part I was most fearful of, but turned out to be quite enjoyable). First Class professionalism and experience. Highly recommend.
Sarah was very informative and helpful from my first interaction with her. She's incredibly knowledgeable about Coolscuplting and answered all my questions, even the technical ones! All the team I have had interactions with have been lovely and would recommend them! I was very pleased with the results following my sessions and looking forward to another one in a few weeks time.
