   My wife and I came to this BUPA centre for health assessments/medicals. Our experience was very good. Other reviewers had some negative comments about the reception staff - ours were perfectly nice and organised. I had my assessment with Ben and my doctor consultation with Elena. If you get these two people, you would be very fortunate indeed. Both were unhurried, interested, thorough and very pleasant indeed. On one or two medical items, follow ups and further investigations were offered. Parking is free and on site. It's not a big car park, but there were several spaces and people came and went all the time. I highly recommend the health assessment service and this BUPA location.

   I always have such a great experience at The Bupa Health Centre in Reading! The receptionists Dorota & Nicola are always so warm and welcoming. The dental nurse Rosie is super kind and made me feel really comfortable. The hygienist Katie is always gentle and gave me great tips, and Dr. Raj was just lovely—so friendly and patient with me, even as a nervous patient. The whole team is amazing and made my visit so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them!

   The dental team at this practice provides excellent service, and I'm always impressed with their professionalism. However, I have occasionally found the booking team to be less than welcoming, and their communication could be improved. Last minute cancellations can be managed better by offering immediate rescheduling.

   Professional - yes, friendly - this is an opportunity. Prepare to wait once you get there but if you’re late you will be charged for missing your appointment - 15 mins wait for the first appointment of the day. Centre looks clean, has a nice kitchenette and doesn’t seem too busy.

   Roma is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Her and Katy were so patient and kind with me today as I had a wisdom tooth extraction. They kept me distracted, made me laugh, and patiently waited whilst I set my phone/headphones up. I was a total bag of nerves, but they made me feel SO at ease during the whole process. Thank you both so much!

   The GP I saw today was so helpful and kind and explained why I have the different symptoms that I do. With an infection I wasn't able to wait the 2 weeks it would have taken to see my GP, well worth the money to get seen and get the prescription sooner. Reception was very helpful and friendly and well.

   I highly recommend Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Reading! The care and services you receive here are absolutely outstanding. Special thanks to Dr. Aravind Sampath whose work results have been amazing every single time he treated me over the past 4+ years. I was very nervous and sceptical at the beginning, when I first registered with Bupa Dental, because, before registering with this clinic, I was treated by a different dentist from the Reading University Health Centre who left me psychologically traumatised, since every appointment I had there was just like some scene from horror movies. That being said, all my concerns were quickly dissolved from my very first appointment with Dr. Aravind Sampath from Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Reading. The care and services I received here have been and remained excellent throughout the many years that I've been their patient. Their work is truly amazing! Dr. Aravind Sampath is very gentle and put me at ease within moments. And just to give you an example: I've had 2 wisdom teeth extracted recently under local anaesthetic during a couple of pain-free and stress-free appointments with Dr. Aravind Sampath and his assistant. It all happened super quick and I didn't feel any pain whatsoever, I didn't need to take any painkillers, not even one tablet! So, if you are a nervous patient like me, then this is THE place to go! You will be in exceptional hands, as everyone here will do their very best to look after you and to make sure you have a great experience. Thank you so much, Bupa Dental Care Reading Team!
