   I recently dislocated my knee, and decided to book in some sessions here, and it’s been great! So professional, so helpful! It’s only been 1 week and the stability in my knee, as well as confidence walking on it has improved drastically. Everything from the amazing staff working at the desk, down to the current PT I am working with (Gideon),is so professional. Amazing customer service. 10/10 experience thus far!

   Recovery isn’t just about the body getting better - it’s the mind too. Everyone from the welcoming team, back office and of course, my physio, has support my journeys in recovering from operations that have presented different issues. My physio has been knowledgeable, supportive, encouraging and took the time to know when to push me harder (within safe limits). They always took the time to listen and hear what I needed to achieve to get back to ‘normal’. I thank you.

   I have been receiving long term treatment for a rotator cuff injury which has been steadily improving throughout due not only to the treatment itself but also the time taken to demonstrate exercises to help strengthen various groups of muscles and increase mobility. There is always time taken at the start of a session to look at progress, understand how my day to day life and my treatment plan have been managing to co-exist, recap on techniques etc. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable and discusses with me a whole range of topics from diet/nutrition to training techniques and physiology, so I get a very good appreciation of where I currently am and how to achieve my ultimate goals.
