delightful customer service waiting time was less than advised, and the health care professionals are very friendly and professional. Understandably, the business requests card details to reduce the number of missed appointments, there were never any issues & payments never taken without authorisation
Trying to cancel an appointment for 15 mins. Been past around with no option to speak to the Reading centre direct. I'm adding this review as evidence so I dont get charged.
I got a physio-therapy referral from Bupa about two months ago. However, there has been zero movement on the treatment front because my local GP won't share my medical records with Bupa because they've messed up in the past and don't want me suing them. I've contacted Bupa over six times to get the matter resolved and get treatment, but they just fob me off. Absolute disgrace. I don't know why I pay my Bupa fees or my taxes. Disgusting.
Appointment was on time. Plenty of parking. Was surprised to have credit card details taken - "in case I miss appointment" is this normal?
