   I’ve worked with Mel Lawrence at Sharman Law on several commercial property sales, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better solicitor.    A really poor performance from Mel Lawrence. She failed to respond promptly or accurately throughout. Requiring multiple reminders to elicit any response. This resulted in a simple, non-contentious matter taking 12 months to complete, even though the terms were agreed by both parties at the outset.

   Some poor reviews here (& not backed up), so I almost didn't use Sharman's. But I had a tricky house sale & Emma was superb, professional & 'on it' every step of the way. There were some very flashy solicitor firms I made enquiries to, but nothing beats a down to earth & very experienced professional.

   I recently had 2 experiences of Sharman Law in conveyancing; one was with a friend that experienced incredibly poor service which added significant delays to completion and more recently when I was purchasing a property and the seller used Sharman Law and amidst a number of issues one of the Conveyancers had sat on a vital document for 7 days before passing to my solicitor to progress and therefore causing significant delays to completion and costing me several hundred £s in additional costs all of which could have been avoided if Sharman Law completed their tasks in a timely manner. Sadly Sharman’s seem to have a market share for conveyancing based on good past performance which isn’t longer the case on my experiences.
