The Doctors don't show any interest; they are rude and really rough. Even if I ask to check something they just don't want, if I ask to do a referral, at least for me or my baby, if they don't know what that is(the problem or whatever on the body), they don't want. They are the worst GP I've ever been

This surgery is absolutely diabolical. The care seems to have gone completely downhill since Covid-19. There are very limited appointments, and if you do manage to miraculously get one in an “emergency”, you have to wait upwards of 40 minutes from when you get there to be seen. There is a notice that says you can only report one problem at a time.. you’ll have about 4 by the time you decide to make the appointment, just hoping your symptoms will go away to avoid going here in the first place. They don’t do blood tests, can’t handle prescriptions so honestly don’t even understand why they’re still open. Most end up going into A&E and wasting their precious time and resources because this GPs can’t do simple procedures and there is nowhere else you can go. Shocking. Good selection of hold music though…
Dr tells you to make a follow up appointment for a week’s time. Surprisingly they don’t have any appointments for then. Try to get an emergency appointment, to be told they have none. So how am I supposed to have my follow up appointment??
Called with severe back spasming and intense pain. Was told nothing was available except a physio appointment in 4 days or a doctor's appointment in 12 days. I was actually shocked at the lack of concern/sympathy. The receptionist practically hung up on me.
Have been going to Dr ML Swami Partners Surgeries (they have three across Reading) for last 15 years and I have always had best care by the Doctors at this surgery specially Dr. Praneenetha and Dr. Krishnan.
Never had an issue getting an appointment and Dr. Swami (both male and female) have been very helpful
Always have appointments available with not too long a wait and today the doctor called me to check I was OK after hearing I had gone to royal berks last night, very thoughtful. Great service!
