   Kenneth is great at what he does and so knowledgeable. I had a shoulder injury for the past 4 years. In pain and discomfort every day and I tried everything to fix it. (Acupuncture, chiropractor, physio) nothing worked!! But Kenneth changed that and helped me build my shoulder muscles and get mobility back. Now I can enjoy playing golf again!!

   I've used Kenny for a few injuries now, and have been really happy with the treatment and rehab exercise plans given. Especially so the other week, when after a number of days of agonising back pain, one treatment gave an instant transformation. Great little private treatment room, and access to all the great ARC kit for working through the exercises. More than happy to recommend.

   I’ve come to Kenny twice now the second time being more severe as it was the first time I’ve had a peck tear. Kenny put me through a 3 week rehab I didn’t realise that I had picked up so many bad habits throughout all my years of training and we went through each exercise correcting my form, within 3 weeks I was able to bench again. What I found absolutely amazing was his patience and his explanation of how the body mechanics work by showing me through each exercise. I would highly recommend Kenny, and would never turn anywhere else because I know he can fix the issue and you will learn so much along the way.
