Two of our grandchildren love coming here after we pick them up from school. They love the ladies who work here and enjoy running around. They especially like the ice cream too.
Went for granddaughter birthday lunch treat today I ordered chicken sizzle it was cold as was the hot sizzle plate it was served on there is an offer for children meal dessert n fruit shoot for £1 I asked if that was applied for my 2 year old granddaughter to which I was told was charged a £1 for her main meal but was charged for the fruit shoot separately because I queried it she was given a dessert served on a very hot dish ! Put in front of my 2 Yr old . My daughter inlaw ordered chicken katsi it was just an adult version of chicken nuggets with chips . She went to bar explained it looked nothing like pic on menu n ordered a different meal which again was charged for all in all food was not good & cost over 60 pound in total .Will not being going back there
Fantastic visit as always, I am a childminder so often bring 3 children and find this soft play to be the best one as I can see all the children and staff support if the behaviour of other children playing is not good. Zara has been brilliant helping us again and she is always so polite and chatty with the little ones too. It’s such a positive experience coming here compared to other soft plays.
Great place to have a kids party and unwind while they play on soft play. Staff were very friendly food,drinks also party bags that were supplied for my sons party excellent
Please do not take your children here!! If I could give this establishment no stars then I would. I was completely appalled by what I saw when bringing my young children to Wacky Warehouse. The floors were covered with old food and dirt. Most of the balls in the ball pit were cut open and broken. The soft play equipment was damaged, most of which was showing the foam on the inside and a walk way area was held together by string! I am completely disgusted and concerned that this place is allowed to open with these amount of hazards. A child is going to get seriously hurt here. The staff lack knowledge and care and are no where to be seen. Parents were waiting for a short while to enter the soft play area before a staff member made an appearance to let them in. I will definitely not be returning and I hope that many parents reading this will not make the same mistake I did. It’s cheap for a reason! For the safety of your children, please take them elsewhere!!
Kids had fun but the service was very poor. One female server who seemed to be "rushed off her feet" being the only person managing the wacky warehouse side. There were a couple of other families and us so I'm not sure why she was so busy that I had to wait 40 mins for my cup of coffee which I asked her about after 30 mins. Our food order was also wrong. On leaving it seems she was run off her feet scrolling through Facebook on her phone.........disappointing.
Nice little soft play, decent food, as clean as a soft play can be, staff very friendly and welcoming, so overall 2 happy girls after the visit. Later edit: To answer your question Wendy, the baby area was overcrowded with the foamy shapes but not put together in a manner for my 1 yr old to be able to actually use most of them and the foam stairs to the ball pit need a bit of attention, both my daughters got their feet caught in the broken bits. Hence I couldn't give 5 stars for this visit, but maybe next time. x
Despite a few minor issues that not worth mentioning my daughters 3rd birthday party was a great success. Kids absolutely loved it. Thank you to vicky and a special massive thank you to Debbie who kindly made my daughters day extra special by dressing up.
