Owner of Bodyfix was absolutely rude over the phone and put me off. She seemed disinterested and replied to my question with a bunch of questions herself before hanging up, what kinda etiquette over the phone is that? People like this are very smug behind phone lines.

Highly recommend. I had a life changing accident that has affected my mobility and after my NHS physio sessions came to an end, I felt totally alone. Jill was recommended to me and Iβm loving my sessions with her. Jill is invested in a positive outcome and has been using touch and massage on my joint areas to stimulate and maximise my movement as well as home exercises. Iβm really impressed so far with Jillβs vast knowledge and her understanding of not just the physical side of my accident and injury but also the emotional scarring that the accident has left me with. Jill has given me hope and that really matters when you feel you are left with limitations post an accident. I enjoy our sessions and can already see a difference after just a few weeks. Iβm now optimistic that with Jillβs help, I can really make a difference and feel totally supported on my journey. Jill helps you see your progress too so post sessions you can review photos or a short video. Iβd love others in a similar position to give Jill a call as having someone invested in you is key post a serious injury when you can feel isolated and alone. Highly recommend to anyone who is living with pain and thinking thatβs just something to be accepted. I know that with Jillβs help Iβm going to reach the best outcome possible for me, and thatβs so important to me. I now feel motivated and hopeful for the future.

I went to see Jill after a particularly bad episode of insomnia something I have struggled with for over a decade. She taught me skills and techniques to manage my insomnia and have I havenβt had a really episode in nearly 3 months.

I had an accident at work where were my left knee ligaments were badly damage. After A & E at RBH, I was assigned to walk on clutches. Sometimes in December 2022 as I walked home a lady approached me and told me I should not be bending while walking with the help of clutches rather I should be walking in an almost upright position like I would walk without the clutches. She adjusted my clutches and my use of the clutches became more comfortable to use. This height adjustment made a lot of difference. But it did not there. She told she me she is a retired physiotherapist and with a private practice. She gave me advice on what to do to start on my physio early enough as it mat take time to be booked at the hospital for physio which is understandable. I went on YouTube as per her advise. About two weeks after my physio at home I could feel a lot of difference due to the YouTube videos that I watched and followed. I am happy to have met this lady who gave me free advise and if you saw us engage, you would 've thought we knew each other before. Such a friendly person to meet and talk to.
