   The crisis team are absolutely useless!! They have made me worse since being with them. I discharged myself. They then sent a letter to my doctor & me and kept a lot of information out of it and tried to make it look like they've helped me when they didn't. I don't feel like they've listened to my complaint either. Never using this service again. I want to give this service zero stars but I have to put at least one star to post a review.

   Absolutely ridiculous, they don’t know the difference between feeling suicidal and actual wanting to do it. Plus don’t ask someone how they are feeling when you basically gaslight the service user. Really don’t help in a crisis

   Poorly trained staff but then as someone said to me theres a lot we dont understand about the mind/brain. ive tried this team many times over the years and have now given up on them and find samaritans much better. some of the people on the helpline in the past were really quite spiteful.youre probably better off with a witch doctor

   Obstructive, withholds essential information claiming GDPR, refuses to attend when told of intentions of suicide and psychosis, fails to call back when promised causing repeat calls and tries to fob people off with jargon.
