Extremely poor service. This is the second time this has happened with this surgery. My 5-year-old son had a high temperature and bad cough. On Sunday NHS 111 arranged an urgent GP call back, but no one contacted us. Monday morning The surgery then made us to use the online form, asked for more details, and still failed to call us back. We waited from 8am to 8pm with no response. Repeated failures like this are unacceptable, especially when it involves a sick child.

Some of the receptionist should consider getting a different job clearly they do not like their job. They are so rude it is actually a joke. i’ve had some nice ones, but majority just absolutely rude the tone in their voice

I've only ever had good experiences with Circuit Lane surgery. The staff have always been friendly, understanding and patient. The clinical staff take my concerns seriously, do a thorough job in terms of prescribing medication and ordering tests, and follow up promptly with results. The one downside is that it can take a long time to get an appointment with a GP. That's a broader problem with NHS funding though, and there's nothing this surgery can do given the number of patients they have to serve, and the number of doctors available. It's worth noting that I've never not been able to get an emergency clinician telephone appointment on the same day, as long as I call by 10am. That's only really for emergencies though, and won't get you the same breadth of care for minor infections or ailments as talking to a GP.

I waited 40 minutes on the phone before I got to speak to someone and then was cut me off. I then physically went up to the surgery and was told a doctor would phone me on Saturday morning between 8 and 12 pm. It didn’t happen! They really should get their act together. This is not good enough. In fact it’s disgraceful.

They are very bad, I do not recommend. I call about my son who is one year and 8 months old, that he is sick and they tell me that they examined him the day before and that they cannot examine him again. Today I am calling to make an appointment because at 10 am he woke up with red watery eyes and this lady on the phone rather rudely answered me that an appointment is reserved until 9 am. Disgusting clinic

Their phone lines are suppose to open at 8am. Till 8.15 the call keeps getting disconnected which most likely means they haven't even opened the phone lines yet. When connected, position is already 20 in queue and its been 55 mins still in queue. Their system has been like this for years which means senior management either doesn't care or are incompetent to do their job

Are they worse than Nasrine at Milman road doctors? she is the most self important, vile (receptionist) we've ever encountered.

Disgusted in this service. I have a 7 year old child needing medicine and they have perscribed the wrong one twice now.. the third time they said they would correct it and they never even bothered too.. i am now on the fone trying to correct it AGAIN but now the chemist have 1 bottle left of the medicine she needs and ive been on hold on the phone to doctors for an hour.. so someone will have probably taken the last bottle now and its all down to your stupidity of not getting it right the first time.
