Very efficient, polite, understanding and good with communication. However, you should consider dealing with mortgage purchases as that proved very expensive, having started the process, then had to find another solicitor. Also, had I known about abortive costs I would not have engaged Creative Legals - in fact this is the only reason I will not recommend to my contacts, because most solicitors only charge the agreed fee when the final sale goes through, as most sales are not achieved with first and only buyer. My sale was completed with the 4th buyer - so three sets of abortive costs were painful!! Good service but abortive fees not competitive.
I've sold my property in Auction using Creative Legals, they provided excellent service from start to end I had a quick chat with Julie to start with, she explained in detail the process and we were short of time to prepare the auction pack but they managed to prepare the auction pack before the auction date and the sale process is handled by Nobu who kept me informed every stage of the sale till the end. Entire process went smoothly, I would highly recommend them and definitely use them for future transactions

Chris and Julie at Creative Legals were great to work with, they provided great advice regarding a relatively complex legal situation and their knowledge helped achieved a great result that exceeded our expectations.
