I messaged Tuesday evening regarding a very painful ingrowing toenail, I was very kindly fitted in last night, super service, will definately use again.
First I went there in 2013 when it had different name and was located in the heart of Bracknell. I needed an orthopedic insole. I went in, I had a special needs girl with me who waited for me on the sofa. 2 men were there and I had to walk on a mat,one recorded it on his computer and the other checked my feet. Then the image was sent to Canada apparently for £300. Well, all I got was a black flat insole but I was naive. After a year I took it back to them for repair ( the place moved to a new building with new name) and let me tell you I never got the insole back, never. Kept calling them and nothing happened so I gave up. That is when I realized it was a scam. I should have recognized the red flags but you trust your doctor. Later I got an insole from a London hospital free of charge, and my Lord it was not flat, even the hight of the soles were different and that's when I really understood what happened and that is why I am writing my experience about the orthopedic insoles they make or used to make there.

Excellent service - I called up about my daughter's ingrowing toenails and was offered an appointment the same afternoon. Extremely efficient and dealt with the problem in around 10 minutes. Thank you very much, we will definitely return if the problem re-occurs!
