Hit or a miss, prices are good, you order items and sometimes they are on time and some times they never turn up, I have spent many an hour on the phone to customer services trying to locate my items, I get the impression from the problems that I have encountered that the warehouse is lacking, orders being cancelled by the pickers, wrong items turning up (happened 3-4 times now) its seems theres not quality control, they have a lot of items on the wrong warehouse location so its like a lucky dip what will arrive 80% of the time is correct.
