The staff are very helpful and it's a great location. The food is very nice and the steak along with other items were cooked exactly as requested. Unfortunately the room smells dusty and stale when entering after being out all day, probably due to the carpets in the room and main hall not looking like they have been hoovered in weeks with bits and fluff all over. The hall way certainly wasn't hoovered during our 3 day stay. The bed was ok but hard for my preference not something I'd complain about as it's personal preference. The floors however creek and the walls are like paper so if anyone in the rooms next to you or above you are waking up at 6am so are you. I'd put the cleanliness and the one night we had a very long wait for food is due to staffing those we met were very helpful and always busy so it's likely more staff could sort these issues but it definitely wasn't the best place to stay.

I had all my tools stolen from the back of my van in the carpark next to the beer garden as there was no other spaces at that time being (Wed 19th Nov 2025). The tools stolen amounted to about 2k in value and that's not including the damage to the brand new vehicle with only 500 miles in the clock which i believe is going to be around £1500 also. The hotel said they didn't have any CCTV footage and the quality is very poor anyway. The Police said this site has already been targeted by thieves 5 or 6 times this year already but haven't been back in touch with me so all I can say to any trades people staying in this hotel is, DON'T leave any tools or valuables in you vehicles, over-night especially because there is a very good chance they will be stolen by some scum bag. Sorry Premier inn for this review but you need to do better to stop this happening as it's clearly a major problem. Room was ok and as expected but the restaurant badly managed and short staffed.

Appalling internet speed, str8 from the dark ages! It's 2025, I get it that hey capitalism, let's charge everything, but some things should be basic There is no hot water, as in, literally, you turn the tap to the hot function and no water is coming out at all, so if you fancy cold showers (when it’s -1 outside) then this is an amazing stay that rejuvenates you and tightens the skin to look younger! Restaurant's female staff was so OVER the top loud and bossy to everyone, making a very interesting dinner, therefore a fantastic option to enjoy a meal with free entertainment as this was a proper clown show. Yeah, I would think twice before visiting again

We stopped for two nights due to visiting Legoland Windsor The reception was very friendly, really nice chap who made sure we had eve we needed, sorted out our evening meal reservation. The room was great and quite spacious, spotless and well equipped for a short stay, reliable like most cabin inns What was different about this Premier inn was the Staff and the food We ate here as we had a long journey and arrived at dinner time. Greeted by Caroline, we were a table of six, eating at 1930hrs, well Caroline is wonderful, couldn’t do enough for us and made sure we all had a really good meal. The chef deserves a big pat on the back as well, the food was prepared quickly, cooked well and presented brilliantly. The standard was well above what I was expecting and this coupled with Caroline as a server made me feel that they were providing what good service should be and so rarely get A great team, doing a great job, thank you so much

I don't know how the AC is set-up, but i couldn't get any heat during the day. The AC was turning off on its own and i had to restart it over and over again. It wasn't the same during the night, though. Comfortable bed and sheets. The bathroom pipes and water installations were rusty. Also, there's no mobile shower (only the fixed one). The staff was nice and helpful. Quite close (7 min walk) to downtown / shopping area. Clean-ish. If you want your room to be cleaned / towels to be changed, you need to notify reception in advance

Book somewhere els instead. On arrival freezing cold around hotel and freezing cold in room. Thermostat was Brocken on shower so was boiling hot only. Air conditioning left me feeling ill! Receptionist was nice though.

Much better on second stay, much friendlier staff, heating worked well, comfy bed and duvet, just only had one big towel in our double room so had to get more and we weren't able to turn the brightness down on the TV (for sleeping baby) as access to options was blocked.
