We registered with this surgery 16 months ago and have received excellent service. Staff are friendly and professional at all times. The prescription system is very good and reliable with medication easy to collect from the pharmacy in Cheadle.
New here to Allen Street Clinic. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The new patient process was very thorough. I felt like a person rather than a number. I have yet to see the Dr but spoke to him over the phone as I needed an urgent prescription and he was very supportive and able to help me.
This surgery offers outstanding service. After leaving from my previous GP due to poor service, I was amazed of the level of care, compassion and professionalism from the staff members of this surgery. Everyone, from receptionists, nurse and doctors are amazing.
I've just moved here from the Tardis. OMG the difference in attitude from all of the staff and Doctors. The atmosphere is so much better than the other place, would really like to thank Sarah the nurse for making me feel welcome and helping me out. I have been with this Practice for many years, and the excellent service has been easy to take for granted. But have heard many comments from other not with this Practice, and through the many months of the Covid Pandemic, I'd like to say thank you to all the Staff for their professional care and attention.
