    A month ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and I just rang the chemist to see if they got my metformin as I just had my last one only be told I had to do my prescription my self if they new to this why wasent I told I had to do the order myself 5 days before and the pains in my legs they haven't got to the bottom of it and I struggling to walk so I cant be walking to the drs every month to put in the prescription

    My daughter was very poorly with a bad chest, dr latt was amazing, even though at the time she was dealing with another poorly patient which she had to ring the paramedics for , she still was very kind and professional and took care of my daughter i cant praise her enough, my daughter had to go on an nebuliser due to her bad chest and dr latt made sure she was ok and checked on her constantly cant thank her enough!!

    Reception staff rude and unprofessional. Doctors complete waste off time I thought this clinic was rated good for mental health they haven’t got a clue DR couldn’t be bothered to make a referral you have to refer yourself Avoid - they are the worst doctors Ive ever been too

    Brilliant doctors, been with them a few years now. Never had a problem getting an appointment, reception staff are always pleasant and helpful, I see Doctor Latt mainly and she’s lovely , but any of them are just as good. I know not everybody has good experiences with doctors anywhere but my personal experience has always been top notch.

    We were under this doctors for 3 years, the difference between here and other doctors is unbelievable. They are amazing here, they are a smaller, less modern practice in regards to the building etc but it goes to show that they focus on whats important. They generally care about you and your concerns, they are hot on with stuff and take their time to make sure you are getting the best care. We have had nothing but problems since leaving the area and moving from this doctors. I really wish I had never switched! I can not recommend them enough!

    My wife was recently refused a flu jab by the practise nurse who stated that the vaccines they had were for patients with on going illnesses like diabetes etc and that they didn't have enough. Then how come she can go to the local chemist and obtain her flu jab? The wife is a 68 yr old pensioner I find this unacceptable to be told this.

    Having moved from out of the area I was amazed by how comparatively easy it was to get an appointment. They have also being proactive in organising reviews of medication and screening for bowel cancer. The receptionists are courteous, efficient and helpful.
