I have been using treatments for nearly 10 years! I absolutely couldn't recommend them any than I do! I've had back pain for years treatments (Hazel and Lil particularly) they have changed my life with regular treatments get no back pain!! Thanks so so much
I visited Treatments multiple times before running the London Marathon in April 2025. Hazel was the perfect person to visit, giving amazing massages/stretching advice, which no doubt helped the Plantar Fasciitis/groin pain I was struggling with. As an experienced runner in various events herself, her knowledge was invaluable and definitely made the build up to race day less daunting. Would 100% recommend and will be visiting again! :)

Visited Treatments for a Hotstone Massage with Lil. The 45 minute treatment was very relaxing and most enjoyable. Lil was lovely, attentive and very thorough.
