   Me and my husband went into the Aberdeen Branch on the off chance 2 weeks ago (Saturday) looking to get a last minute shower / panels / door and bits and pieces as we had a leek and wanted a replacement quick as plumber was waiting. So glad we did as Susan couldn't be more helpful, she did all she could to find us what was needed and at the best price and most convenient to ourselves, no request was a problem for her (even though some of mine took a bit of digging for her). She confirmed order and delivery on the Monday and as soon as she received all items they were delivered same day. We ordered the wrong size of door (our fault) and we called her to advise and see if it could be replaced and this was no problem with the replacement arriving a few days later. It was refreshing to receive great customer service from start to finish and will definitely use again and recommend Susan to all my friends.
